Commission Policy (Official Compensation Plan)

This Commission Policy governs how, when and on which sales OneMeterLand Sales Advisors and Partners (operated by Quantum Seed LLC) receive commissions.
1. Which sales earn commission
Commission is earned only on direct sales of OneMeterLand products to end customers, attributable to the seller's code or link, that are approved, collected and not refunded. Attribution uses a 30-day window from the first click on the seller's link.
No commission is ever paid for recruiting other advisors or partners, nor on the setup fees or monthly dues another advisor or partner pays for their own commercial membership. Self-purchases earn no commission.
2. Maximum rates by level
Commissions are maximum caps — the applicable rate depends on the seller's level, the product sold and eligibility:

The Certified Partner 40% applies only to selected high-margin one-time products, as published internally.
3. Approval and payout
Each commission is recorded as estimated/pending when the charge is confirmed, and is manually approved after verifying the sale is valid (no fraud, no self-referral, within the attribution window). Approved commissions are paid in the following monthly cycle, subject to a $50 USD minimum payout threshold and applicable tax requirements.
4. Refunds and chargebacks
If a sale is refunded or charged back, its commission is cancelled or reversed, even if already approved. Reversed amounts may be deducted from future payouts.
5. Conduct and fraud
Attribution manipulation (self-purchases, forced cookies, deceptive incentivized traffic, duplicate accounts) results in commission cancellation and may terminate program participation.
6. Changes
Quantum Seed LLC may update rates and rules prospectively with reasonable notice. Already-approved commissions are not reduced retroactively.
