Is this a land purchase?+
No. Founder Subscription is a digital membership for community access, digital progression, recognition, content, cosmetics, events, and experiences. It is not a purchase of land.
Does this give me ownership of real-world property?+
No. Digital membership benefits do not represent recorded ownership of real-world property.
Does XP give me access to real-world land projects?+
No. XP is part of the digital progression system. Any real-world property project must have separate eligibility requirements, separate legal documents, separate disclosures, and a separate closing process.
Are digital collectibles financial assets?+
No. Digital collectibles are cosmetic, commemorative, and community-based. They do not guarantee monetary value, returns, appreciation, income, or resale value.
What happens if I cancel?+
Your active membership ends, your Founder Price Lock ends, and your continuous Founder Streak stops. You may keep already unlocked commemorative rewards depending on the membership terms.
Can I upgrade or downgrade?+
Yes. Members can upgrade or downgrade from their account page. Billing proration follows the payment provider configuration.
What is Founder Price Lock?+
Founder Price Lock means active members keep their original membership price while their subscription remains active. If they cancel, they lose the locked price.
What is Founder Streak?+
Founder Streak measures continuous active membership time and unlocks Legacy Milestones, recognition, cosmetics, and commemorative digital rewards.

It is not a purchase of land, not a security, not an investment contract, not a real estate product, not a guarantee of profit, not a guarantee of appreciation, and not automatic access to any real-world property transaction.
Compliance Notice
OneMeterLand Digital Cells, Land Balance, Founder status, badges, profiles, and collectibles are part of a digital territory progression system. They do not represent real property ownership, securities, investments, passive income opportunities, or ownership interests. Actual land ownership, where available, only occurs through a separate Real Deed Project after legal closing and recorded deed.
